“After retiring from full time employment, I wanted to take up a volunteering role of some kind. Up popped a request on Vinnies Kitchen in Rosebud on Facebook. I rang and asked a few questions and started pretty much straight away. Being able to supply a meal to people who are in need brings me joy and I look forward to my shifts at Vinnies. Catching up with my fellow volunteers and chatting with our clients is very rewarding and a special time for me”
